20 bucks? Tempting to plug the book...

But no, I think not. :)

I think our audience would like your book :) And all you have to lose is 20 bucks :) What a risk!

Everyone THINKS their audience would like the book, but no one does :)

Besides, I'm hardly a name; 99.4% of your readers wouldn't recognise my name, and the other 0.6% are lying :)

That's why you should start your column again!

Oh, I think that you and the other eight readers of GOING CHEEP have found something else to read in the past few years...

If I wasn't getting readers in double figures back THEN when my name WAS out there, I highly doubt anyone other than the dozen or so who read it back then would give a damn about my writing NOW.

It wasn't getting comments, that doesn't mean it wasn't getting readers. Now, you can SEE how many people have viewed the page. You could try a few columns and IF it doesn't have double figure readers, then you'd be right.

BUT if it does, that would just enforce the notion that we have a lot of readers, they are just shy about talking ;)

Thanks, but I'll pass.

I have no wish to be forcefully reminded again of how little readership I had, or would have with another round of columns.
